What is true and is very important, in part, about this life ~

is that we are are here for our own awakening, inclusive of this awakening is joy, the rediscovery of our own greater cosmic role, as individuals, and as a collective body of Earth humans... as we move forward and evolve on this planet.

Further, we're at a very interesting, very dynamic and challenging moment, almost at the intersection, in the evolution of the "modern [hu]man", of humanity, which affects all of us on this beautiful planet Earth.  I also believe it bears close examination.

We are yet again on the precipice of incrediblepositivesweeping changes in the evolution of this great Nation, and around the globe. Right now, we are going through a lot of difficult moments.   There are so many facets of all aspects of society which will continue to come to light...  unlike ever before in the modern history, in this epoch, of this world.

And therefore, I also believe that a retrospective, and contemporary, look at the culture, beliefs, spiritual values and respect that Native indigenous People hold for this land, and for all of nature, can have a positive influence on, and effect, many of us.  And, that there is also great beauty in their Native artwork in all of its forms... which you shall see a lot of this year.

For me, the goal of this year's Native Cultural, Spiritual, Arts, Music, Festival & Conference is to provide sacred ancestral topics, artwork,  sculptures, carvings, singing & dancing that will move your hearts -and- help you remember one of the reasons you are on this planet:  to experiences all of the joy in artistic creation that humans are capable of, especially our Native brothers & sisters Included will be:  SpeakersArtistsMusiciansSingersDancersStorytellers...  amazing life stories.  And, the many guest artists ~ will be bringing & selling ~ their unique Native art creations available for purchase.

For, our Native brothers & sisters have always known about in their mythologies & legends, about their ancestors, [the star people], the sacredness of all life, about the beauty of our own each unique gifts and skills;  and of the incredible sacred beauty, and need to respect, the life force of this very unique planet... at the far edge of this Milky Way Galaxy.

Wakan Tanka kici un.   [May] Great Mystery [Creator]  Bless you.

The easiest way to get to the greater Sedona, Arizona area ~  where the Conference is taking place in Camp Verde ~ is to take I-17 north from Phoenix, or I-17 south from Flagstaff, and take the exit for "Middle Verde Road" and/or "Cliff Castle Casino".  At the exit, head east on Middle Verde Road [AWAY from "Cliff Castle Casino"].  Continue on Middle Verde Road until you see the sign for the "Yavapai-Apache Nation" -and- "Jackpot Ranch".   Take a left at that sign.  Drive a short distance and you will see the next sign for Yavapai-Apache Nation" -and- Jackpot Ranch.  Take a right at that sign, drive about 3-4 minutes, you will arrive at Jackpot Ranch.
Will be held at Jackpot Ranch in greater Sedona, in Camp Verde, AZ, on private ancestral Yavapai-Apache land, right next to the Yavapai-Apache Nation.  It is a lush, green beautiful property with many trees...  a very natural setting.  You will find the address and driving directions directly below.
Airport Shuttle to Cottonwood & Sedona
Again, for those people flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport ~ and don't want to rent a car, the drive up Interstate 17 (I-17) to Sedona is an easy one.  You can easily take Groome Transportation Shuttle from the airport directly into Camp Verde, Cottonwood & Sedona;  and, it has numerous stops at the various hotels, motels & resorts.  This shuttle has now resumed their active, many times daily shuttle service.   To book your round-trip or one way shuttle ride, please go to:
928.350.8466
**note:  Groome Transporation is now already accepting bookings for shuttle service to Camp Verde, Cottonwood & Sedona, AZ.  Though they prefer you book directly  with them  on-line at their web site ~  you can speak with a REAL PERSON ~ to do the same thing, a person who is located in their office.

RV Parks, Campgrounds
I'm going to provide two (2) great choices in terms of RV Parks that are busy, open and offering great amenities.  They are both great, up-scale, RV parks;  and, both are located in Camp Verde, close to the conference venue "Jackpot Ranch". The first one isDISTANT DRUMS RV RESORT.   This resort is rated as:  "Arizona's Best RV Part for 2022".    It's located on - West Middle Verde Road - very, very close - just minutes to the conference venue.    It has a total of 158 RV spots/campsites with full hook-ups.

The other is a brand new, modern, contemporary, award winning facility, it won the Top Arizona RV Park Award in 2019.  This place is called:  VERDE RANCH RV RESORT.  It is a BIG facility has  399 full hookup RV sites/campsites with 50 amp service and 16 furnished vacation rental cabins/cottages, including studio, one- and two- bedroom "glamping" options.

Both RV parks have limited remaining capacity, as all of the month of October is considered "high season" as the temperatures come down to a nice , temperate, dry mid-80s in the high desert area of Sedona, Cottonwood, Cornville and Camp Verde, Arizona.
When you call either place make sure to provide the information that you are an attendee of my conference, and give them this code:   "2022 Wopila Conference".   As with the above hotels, these RV Parks are recommendations & suggestions.

*** This RV Park has ample spots for extra large RVs with easy pull through capabilities.  It is  a Luxury Resort full of amenities and  75 feet  pull-through sites.
** For both RV Parks, should you wish to book a reservation, again, the month of October is definitely part of the high season in the Sedona/Cottonwood/Camp Verde (Valley) area, therefore, I recommend you do so... as soon as possible. **
** The below three (3) are very nice, exquisite, well kept, very clean, higher end, boutique overnight stay facilities in Sedona, one is in Cottonwood.  I've made them available to Attendees, Speakers & Musicians for other events before...  with great feedback & reviews.**

The end of the year 2020 included my, and our family's, loss of our Mom, "Peg".  At 89 years old she joined Dad passing on into the next dimension of life.  This of course then included everything that can happen to a family once it loses its last, older adult parent... which included selling our family home of 60 years in late 2021.  This was certainly a 'trying' and emotionally challenging moment not only for me... but also for everyone in our family.   Know that all your thoughts & prayers were greatly appreciated.
Add to this, that the first four (4) months of this year, 2022, I was dealing with various post "Photon Light Therapy" treatment, healing aspects of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma that decided to show up in only one spot on the left side of my neck, thankfully nowhere else in my body.  Lets just say from the end of 2020 through just recently this year...   this has been a period of the greatest personal challenges, and transition, in my life... since my high school & college years.   And so.....
